the room and bathroom were clean, spacious and well-equipped with the basic necessities. Staff service was exceptional, always willing to help out with any queries I had. the breakfast was a great selection of both local and continental options, which was impressive. the hotel facilities were a real plus, especially the fitness center and outdoor pool that was well-maintained.

I was a little disappointed with the WiFi connectivity, as I had trouble connecting at times.

The hotel I stayed in during my city break had amazing amenities. They had a lovely swimming pool that was perfect for refreshing dips after a long day of exploring the city. they offered a delicious breakfast buffet that filled me up for the day. the location of the hotel was also great as it was within walking distance to many shops and attractions.

I had a negative experience when it came to my room reservation. I had booked online and received confirmation, but upon arrival, I was told that they were full.
